Battle of the Atlantic memorial

This was a very brief and short attempt at a maquette for a floating scupture in the Mersey. It would not be static but move with the waves and bob up and down. The desperate and pitiful struggle of people clinging to a boat is what I feel a Merchant and Naval monument should be.
